Harvey’s Bathroom
This master bathroom was also part of the 2007 Tour of Remodeled Homes. Although initially our clients weren’t sure exactly how they wanted this room to look, they knew they had to have lots of the soft and silky texture of marbled travertine. And that’s what they got! We used combinations of cream-colored and Noce (darker brown) travertine tiles along with a Botticelli marble mosaic tile on the floor of their glass steam shower. The brushed silver fixtures, alongside the large glass shower doors, added the necessary sparkle to balance out the solidity provided by the tile. The end result was a delicious concoction of varying creams and beiges well-suited to this room designed for high-end appeal.
