Although remodeling kitchens and helping build homes are often glamorous and exciting, potential clients are always relieved to know that a good portion of our work is done helping clients with long-range design and space planning. Another one of the nifty tools we’ve added to our tool belt is three-dimensional model building. We found over time that the reason clients struggled with planning furniture arrangements is because they couldn’t visualize what it would look or feel like once they got their new furniture home. “That 96” sofa looked so much smaller in the showroom and now that it’s here we can’t walk around it!” is the type of situation many people find themselves in when they don’t have a proactive plan of attack. So we developed some ways to build 3-D computer models for our clients which allow them the luxury of seeing their space from any angle and feel confident in their buying decisions – leaving buyers’ remorse behind!
